How long does it take to receive my books?
It will usually take only about 3 to 5 business days for your favourite books to reach you after we have confirmed your order.

Do you have book X by author Y?
All our books are listed by title and author online, so if you’re looking for something specific, do make use of our search field found near the top of our webpage. For more information, you can always contact us at letsplay@littleplayspace.com

Can you order books for me?
Unfortunately, since we source our books from overprinted supplies, we are unable to order specific books.

When will your new stock be coming in?
We receive new stock regularly; simply set up an account with us if you’d like to be notified.

How do I set up an account?
Account membership is free, simply click on “Account” at the top of the page and fill in your details.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

How do I locate a book?
We have a wide selection of categories and items that may be overwhelming. To make it easy for you to shop, you can search through the items using either one of these two (2) options:

Search Field
Key-in book title or author or keyword into the Search field found at the top of our page and then press the ‘search’ button (magnifying glass icon).

Side Menu
Once you are browsing inside each product category, the left sidebar will appear and you can opt to shop by categories and sub-categories. Just move your mouse pointer over until the word/bar/icon is highlighted and click.

Do you accept orders from outside Malaysia?
No, for this moment, we do not accept international order. For further enquiries, you may also contact our friendly Customer Service shop@littleplayspace.com

How long does it take to receive my books?
For domestic order, it will usually take only about 3 to 5 business days for your favourite books to reach you after we have confirmed your order. The tracking number will be given via e-mail upon dispatch so that you can go online and check the delivery status.

What should I do if the book I received was damaged or is not the one I ordered?
If you have received a faulty or damaged item or the item is not what you ordered, please inform us at shop@littleplayspace.com within 2 days from the date of the receipt book. It may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for us to organize collection and receive the returned item.

All items will be inspected on return, so please make sure it’s packed properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Upon receiving, we will inform you and exchange will be made in 3 to 5 business days. We will refund your payment including the postage cost if the item is no longer available but after the damaged item or wrong item returned to us.

Can I return an item?
We understand that from-time-to-time you may need to return an item to us. *

Before returning any items, please notify us at shop@littleplayspace.com to discuss your reason for a return and organize an approval to return an item to us. Please notify us within 2 business days from the date of receipt of the book.

Return items are exchangeable but not refundable. If the Exchange item value is less than the Return item value, there will be no refund for the difference and if the Exchange item value is higher than the Return item value, the customer will need to pay the difference. In both cases, merchant charges for using payment gateway or credit card and return & delivery charges will still apply. Little Play Space will not offer an exchange for items that are returned damaged to us or never arrived.

Do you provide gift wrapping service?
No, we do not provide wrapping service.

Are the Online Store prices the same with the book prices at your shop?
We strive to match Online Store prices with shop prices. To confirm the shop price of an available book, please contact our shop directly as per the details below:

Can I collect my online purchased books at your retail stores?
Yes, you are always welcome.

ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Step 1: Select the book(s) of your choice,
Step 2: Click on the “Add to cart” icon,
Step 3: Click the Shopping Basket icon
Step 4: Confirm the details of the item(s) you have ordered in “View Cart” and click “Checkout”
Step 5: Key in your user-ID and password. If you are a new customer, kindly click “Register Account” and fill in the following details

How will I know if my items have been processed/delivered?
After you have checked out, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your order. After it has been shipped, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your items at the respective courier website. Details will be provided to you on how to do this in the same email.

Can I cancel/change an order after I have confirmed it?
As we seek to send the items to you as soon as the order is confirmed, it may be difficult to cancel the order after it has been confirmed. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

Can I place my order over the telephone?
It is much more convenient to buy your favourite books through our Internet store, and as such, we do not accept telephone orders.

Do I have to key-in my Online Member Discount Code when I purchase books?
Yes, please key-in your Online Member Discount Code at the Shopping Cart to entitle for discount. Little Play Space is unable to refund the discount amount if you’ve confirmed your order without entering the code.

Can I pay by cash or bank-in the payment?
We currently accept e-banking while apply the payment gateway.
